The location still remains the phenomenon with the greatest market power. The birch grove makes full use of this potential. Neighboring park, living under Zbor, view of Nitra Castle, close to the Old Town, transport connections and close to the exit on the R1. All this is living in the Birch Grove complex, at the birth of which we were the preparation of the construction site, utilities and supervision of work on the entire building.
